Mr. Hill is our Chief Executive Officer and also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Sugar Auto Parts, Inc. since March 2025. Mr. Hill is a seasoned executive and corporate advisor with over 20 years in both the private and public sectors. In January 2024, He founded and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of CallsDirect, a digital media company. In 2019, Mr. Hill co-founded SLL Media, a digital media company and serves as the Chief Executive Officer. During 2015 to 2019 he served as a Director and the Chief Executive Officer of Total Sports Media, an online sports and entertainment media company. From 2000 to 2015 Mr. Hill owned and operated several sales and marketing companies. Prior to this, Mr. Hill served in the United States Navy, receiving the honor of Enlisted Surface Warfare Specialist.
Mr. Evans is our Chief Financial Officer and the managing director of EMC2 Capital, LLC, a family office founded in 2020. He has also served as the President of Montecito Capital since 2006. Mr. Evans is a Director and CEO of Phytanix Bio, and a director of Dryworld Brands, Inc. since 2020. Before founding Montecito Capital, Mr. Evans was the managing director of eFund Capital. Mr. Evans has served as a member of numerous public and private companies as a consultant, founder, executive, and director, and he is considered an audit committee financial expert. Mr. Evans brings years of experience and knowledge of public markets to the Company. Mr. Evans has a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Mr. Evans is qualified to serve on the Board due to his prior board experience for several public companies.
Matt began the exciting adventure which is now APPlife Digital Solutions back in 2013. An experienced founder with a demonstrated history in the venture capital/private equity industry. Matt is known for his exceptional outside-the-box thinking and skills in negotiation, sales, marketing and business development. An actor in his early teens until early 30’s, Matt has a B.A. from New York University and attended N.Y. Military Academy.
